This application serves as a supportive tool for the Election Management System (EMS), specifically designed for temporary users at the warehouse level. Its primary function is to facilitate the scanning of barcodes that identify and track Ballot Units, Control Units, and VVPAT Units.

The application enables the scanning of units at the warehouse level and their movement at both the manufacturer and district levels across various modules, including:

1. Entry of new and repaired units
2. Processing orders for sending and receiving new units
3. Facilitating inter-state, intra-state, and intra-district sending and receiving orders
4. Providing user awareness
5. Conducting the First Level Check (FLC)
6. Implementing First Level Randomization
7. Executing Second Level Randomization
8. Managing orders for defective and repaired units
9. Overseeing the receipt of reserve units
